A day at Littler

Every day is different—and that is exactly what makes it so exciting. 

We cover all aspects of HR law: from employment contracts to international mobility, from reward structures to collective redundancies. You quickly build broad expertise in an environment that values your input. 

Your day might start with a meeting with an international client about a restructuring. Next, you join a brainstorming session with colleagues on how to adapt our services to new legislation. In the afternoon, you work on legal conclusions for an employment dispute, prepare an advisory memo about GDPR, or clearly explain to a Belgian SME the options available for letting go of an underperforming employee. 

In between, there is time for a coffee break with colleagues or a short meeting with a mentor who supports your growth. 

And how would you organize your day? That’s mostly up to you. Do you prefer working from home one or two days a week? Perfect. Do you need a slow morning and a productive evening? That works too. Do you need to take some time off? You plan your holidays yourself.

We apply transparent pay scales and a fair bonus system that rewards effort and quality. Your bar dues, training fees, and professional expenses are, of course, reimbursed—just like travel costs outside Brussels and your guaranteed income insurance.
