Isabel Lysens

Isabel Lysens (Leuven, 1984) has been active in human resources law since September 2010. 

Isabel obtained her Law degree from the University of Leuven (2007), followed by an additional master’s degree in Social Law from the Free University of Brussels (2011), a certificate in Pension Studies from the University of Leuven (2016), and a Project Management certificate (PRINCE2 Foundation 7) from Syntra AB (2025).

She began her career at the bar in September 2007. In July 2013, she started working as a Legal Consultant, advising on various employment and social security law matters. In August 2025, Isabel joined Littler Belgium as Professional Support Lawyer.

Her working languages are Dutch, English, and French.
