Lotte Kempeneers

Lotte Kempeneers (Tienen, 1999) is an attorney since 2023. She started her carreer at Littler.

She practices all aspects of human resources law, both in advisory and litigation matters. 

Lotte obtained a Master of Law degree from the University of Leuven (2022). Subsequently, she obtained a degree in Social Law at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (2023).

Lotte has been a member of Littler|Calling since 2025 - a group of 7 European Littler Associates to strengthen the connection between the various Littler Associates in Europe. In this context, Lotte is, among other things, responsible for organizing so-called "Speed Networking" sessions which aim to connect the European Littler Associates.
